A special edition wine selected to reflect Scott’s longstanding appreciation for exceptional wine and the art of considered pairing, the 20 Years Chablis is elegant and fresh, with notes of green apple and exotic fruit, balanced by a lingering minerality. Creamy yet vibrant on the palate, it has a long, persistent finish and an effortless affinity with seafood, from oysters to richer, buttery dishes.
